By using Send The Song, you agree to these terms.

Service

Send The Song provides guided song briefs, editable lyric drafts, free 60-second song previews, paid full-song unlocks, private task history, playback, downloads, private gift pages, and visual keepsakes. Generated results are probabilistic and may vary in quality, pronunciation, duration, and style.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account and login methods secure. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. Do not submit personal stories, names, lyrics, or other material unless you have the right and permission to use them.

Credits, subscriptions, and refunds

Prices, billing cadence, included song unlocks, and validity are shown before checkout. Creating a preview does not require payment. A Single Song purchase or an available Pro allowance unlocks one complete song. An active Platinum subscription includes unlimited personal song unlocks, subject to reasonable fair use, automated-abuse controls, provider availability, and these acceptable-use terms; it may not be resold, shared between accounts, or used for automated bulk production.

An unlocked song includes one complimentary satisfaction remake using the same approved lyrics. The remake is a new probabilistic arrangement, not a promise of a particular creative result or a cash refund.

Preview generation failures do not use a song unlock. If an unlock operation fails before access is granted, charged song credits are designed to be returned automatically. Payment refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and subscription cancellation are handled according to the checkout provider, applicable law, and the purchase terms shown at checkout.

Rights

You retain your rights in the story and lyrics you submit. You grant the service and its infrastructure or generation providers the limited permission needed to process, store, and deliver your request. Rights in generated output may also be affected by applicable law and the generation provider's terms. You are responsible for checking intended commercial use.

Availability and liability

We may change or suspend features to maintain security, reliability, or legal compliance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every generation will meet a particular creative expectation. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the period required by applicable law.
