• Song inputs including recipient names, occasions, stories, musical preferences, titles, and edited lyrics.
• Generation records including task status, credit charge or refund, output URLs, and technical error details.
• Basic security and analytics data such as IP address, browser information, cookies, and page events when enabled.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, draft lyrics, submit and store music-generation jobs, provide downloads, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and improve service reliability.

Song inputs must be shared with configured generation providers to create music. Payment data is shared with the payment provider selected at checkout. Storage and infrastructure providers may process data as needed to operate the service.

Retention and control

Records are retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some billing, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
