What to include

Please send the email address on your account, the approximate time of the issue, and the song task ID if one is available. Do not send passwords, one-time login codes, full payment-card numbers, or API keys.

If the question concerns a generated result, explain what you expected, what happened, and whether the task is still processing, completed, or failed. A screenshot of the status is useful; do not include private login or payment credentials.

Billing and credits

For a payment question, include the provider receipt or order reference. If a generation fails before producing a usable result, task credits are designed to be returned automatically; include the task ID if the balance does not update.

Privacy and deletion requests

Use the same support address for requests to access, correct, or delete account information where applicable. State the type of request clearly and send it from the address associated with the account so ownership can be verified. Some billing, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained.

Rights and safety

Only submit stories and names you have the right to use. Contact support if you need help with removal, privacy, or rights concerns involving content stored in your account.
